Weekend Hire Details
For a hire to be charged at the Weekend Rate the hire contract will need to be raised after 3:00 P.M. on the relevant Friday and the item/s either collected or delivered after 3:00P.M. on that Friday, the hired items should then either be returned to the office or collected from the customer before the deadline of 10:00 A.M. of the following Monday.
Please note it is the customers responsibility to "Off Hire" the relevant item/s and obtain an Off Hire reference, this can be done either by phoning 01672 700637 or 07704 186273 or email Andy (andy@westcountrytoolhire.co.uk) and title your email "OFF HIRE REQUEST". Remember to always request an "Off Hire" reference. If done by email which is sent before 10:00 A.M. of the Monday an Off Hire reference will be emailed to the customer accordingly.
If the customer fails to off hire the item/s by 10:00 A.M. of the Monday, an additional charge at the 24 hour rate will be applied to the contract, if the item/s are kept for an additional day after that the additional day charge will be added also and if the item/s are kept after that a weeks charge will be applied and so on until the off hire is completed.
